5. Events and Transactions

Event organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information, fulfillment of event promises, and compliance with applicable laws. HappeNow acts as a platform facilitator and is not a party to transactions between organizers and attendees.

Refund policies for paid events are set by event organizers. HappeNow facilitates refund processing but does not guarantee refunds. Please review event-specific refund policies before purchasing tickets.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappeNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BYARTS LIMITED is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
